I'm a software engineer who studied at the University of Arizona. I build websites on my own. I'm not an agency, so you deal with me directly, from first email to launch.

Do I pay anything upfront?
No. The mockup is free. There's no deposit. You pay $200 only when you're happy with your site.
What if I don't like it?
Then you don't pay. You can ask for one round of changes first. If it's still not right for you, that's okay.
Who owns it?
Your business name, logo, photos and words are yours. If you already have a web address (like yourcompany.com), it stays yours.
What's the $10/month for?
Hosting. That's what keeps your website online. I set it up and look after it, so you don't have to. Your web address (domain name) is a separate cost.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. Google decides who shows up first, and things like your reviews matter too. A clear, fast website with the right info helps people find you.
